These terms govern use of the Citadea platform during its pre-launch and general availability phases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity or to compromise its integrity or other tenants.

Production services target a 99.9% SLA; enterprise plans include a 15-minute engineer response. See your order form for specifics.

Pre-launch pricing is indicative and excludes VAT. Flat-rate slices are sized to your throughput under fair use.
