The sovereign
developer cloud.
A fortress for modern web, web3 and agent workloads. Developer-first, EU-sovereign, flat-rate — built greenfield for the next decade, not the last one.
Web, web3 and agents — without compromise
The clouds you know make at least one of these awkward. Citadea is built for all three.
Modern web apps
Git-push full-stack hosting on ephemeral micro-VMs, with sovereign object storage and a predictable bill.
Learn moreWeb3 nodes & RPC
First-class multi-chain node and RPC hosting with archive data, transparent pricing and EU residency.
Learn moreAutonomous agents
Native MCP, isolated SandBox execution, sovereign vector memory and flat-rate inference for agent fleets.
Learn moreEvidence, not slogans
Pre-launch targets for the figures engineers actually evaluate — cold start, latency, energy and chain coverage.
A cloud that respects and protects you
Verifiable sovereignty
EU jurisdiction, no US parent, no Cloud Act exposure. Your data, keys and agents stay in France and the EU — with a documented SecNumCloud path.
Developer-first
One CLI, git-push deploys, sane defaults and no lock-in. The platform treats developers as the customer, not an afterthought.
Predictable pricing
Flat-rate slices instead of token shock. Predictable egress. A bill your CFO can forecast — no surprise inference invoices.
Zero-legacy & agent-native
Firecracker micro-VMs, eBPF networking, native MCP. A greenfield 2026 stack built for web, web3 and autonomous agents — no OpenStack debt.
Everything you need, behind one CLI
Nine building blocks across compute, AI, agents, web3 and sovereign storage.
App Platform
Git-push full-stack hosting, sovereign by default
Neural
Dedicated LPUs for flat-rate inference
Nodes & RPC
Sovereign multi-chain nodes and RPC endpoints
Core-VM
Firecracker micro-VMs in under 50 ms
Agent Hosting
Flat-rate hosting for autonomous agent fleets
Object Storage
S3-compatible, encrypted, replicated in the EU
Greenfield, zero-legacy, agent-native
Firecracker micro-VMs, eBPF networking and a native MCP edge — no OpenStack debt underneath.

Answers for engineers and buyers
What is Citadea?
Citadea is the sovereign developer cloud — a fortress for modern web, web3 and agent workloads, operated by Yggdrasil Digital SASU from Toulouse, France.
Are you exposed to the US Cloud Act?
No. Citadea is a 100% European company with no US parent, so it falls outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act — unlike US hyperscalers and their EU subsidiaries.
How does pricing work?
Predictable monthly flat rates, not per-token roulette. Use the token-shock calculator on /pricing to compare against hyperscaler inference.
What is "token shock"?
The unpredictable invoice you get when per-token AI pricing meets a multi-agent reasoning loop. Citadea Neural and Agent Hosting use flat rates to remove it.
Can I deploy a web app from git?
Yes — App Platform builds and deploys full-stack apps from a repository, with preview deployments and automatic HTTPS.
Which chains do Nodes & RPC support?
Major EVM and non-EVM chains, with archive data, WebSocket and trace/debug. Dedicated or shared endpoints, EU-hosted.
What is the support SLA?
15-minute tier-1 engineer response for Enterprise, 24/7/365 — a systems engineer, not a script.
Is there a CLI?
Yes — one CLI drives everything. Install and quickstart commands are on /docs; public beta is coming soon.
